To give the sour cranberry fruit a delicate note of sweetness, they have been soaked in organic apple juice. The cranberries, like the apples used to make the juice, are organically grown. The picturesque landscapes of Canada's endless cranberry fields are spread out in all-natural areas, far from urban areas. The fruit takes on color and flavor from spring, and by the end of September, the huge cranberry fields are flooded with water and the harvesting of the fully ripe, bountiful fruit begins.
